2.2 One Account Per Person. Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) oren33 account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, oren33 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and at all times thereafter. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
2.4 KYC Verification. All accounts are subject to identity verification. oren33 may require submission of government-issued identification (Malaysian IC or passport), proof of address, and in some cases, proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the prescribed period may have deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay functionality restricted until verification is completed.
2.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the oren33 Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. oren33 makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions.
3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oren33 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify oren33 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of your account security. oren33 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. oren33 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 2FA is available as an opt-in feature, oren33 may mandate it for high-value accounts or in response to detected security anomalies.
3.4 Phishing. oren33 will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purportedly from oren33 requesting account credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to oren33 support immediately.
4.1 Deposit Methods. oren33 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30, unless otherwise specified in a promotion. Deposits made via e-wallet are typically credited within one (1) minute of confirmed transaction.
4.2 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are processed within twenty-four (24) hours under normal operating conditions. 4.3 Currency. All transactions for Malaysian Members are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Any currency conversion fees incurred by third-party payment processors are the Member's responsibility.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. oren33 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. oren33 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited, and may delay or refuse withdrawal requests pending satisfactory AML review.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. oren33 may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances as disclosed in the applicable fee schedule. Members will be notified prior to dormancy fees being applied.
5.1 General. All bonuses and promotions offered by oren33 are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. oren33 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonuses and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, collusion, or exploitation of system errors. Determination of bonus abuse rests solely with oren33.
5.4 Cashback & Rebates. Cashback and rebate promotions are calculated on net losses over the applicable promotional period. Cashback credited to an account is subject to a minimum wagering requirement of one (1) times the cashback amount unless otherwise stated.
6.1 Game Outcomes. All casino game outcomes on the oren33 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. oren33 does not alter, influence, or interfere with game outcomes.
6.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or disconnection, oren33 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs and honour the outcome where technically possible. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected bets will be voided and stake amounts refunded. oren33's decision in the event of a malfunction is final.
6.3 Sportsbook. Sports betting is subject to the oren33 Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms by incorporation. In the event of dispute, oren33's settlement decisions on sports event outcomes are final. oren33 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from system error.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oren33 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of balances:
All content on the oren33 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and interface design — is the intellectual property of oren33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of oren33.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oren33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
9.2 oren33's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising in connection with use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 oren33 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

11.1 oren33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if oren33 reasonably believes that the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
11.2 Upon termination, oren33 will settle any Real Money Balance owed to the Member following completion of any outstanding identity verification or AML review requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account termination for cause.
11.3 Members may voluntarily close their account by contacting oren33 support. Voluntary account closure is processed within 5 business days. Any active bonus balances at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.
oren33 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address on file or by prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations under the licensing jurisdiction of oren33's operating entity. In the event of any dispute between oren33 and a Member, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through oren33's internal complaints process.
